Temporary brown spots lasts for 4/ 5

Temporary brown spot appears on body of my sister's 3 years old baby boy. The spots are temporary which disappears in 4~ 5 days. Spots appears any where in the body. Mainly appears in rainy season. ( As observed) They reside in village. He is premature baby 8 months , and birth weight was 1.4 kg. Requesting your advice.
