Having temperature between 98.3 to 99.3 since last 3 hrs no other issue. Everything normal. She is 12 ur old. Ht. 5.2, wt 84kg On eltroxin 25mg What can be the reason. Not stepped out since last 1yr due to lockdown. Do I need to give medicine
