Hello Friend, yes. I agree, phone call is better than chat. In the practo app, Once you select chat consultation options,you have  provision to connect over phone by clicking the phone icon. Practo app will direct connect your over phone to the doctor. . Try that. Hope this helps you to connect and express your problem.
