My baby has been experiencing high fever for the past three days, which has been fluctuating. He is currently teething, and we have noticed that his right canine gum is swollen and red. We have been administering paracetamol every 6 hours, and Meftal P when the paracetamol doesn't seem to work. Despite this, his temperature keeps on fluctuating, with a maximum temperature of 103°F throughout the day. We have also noticed that at times his arms and legs feel cold, while his body and head feel very hot.
