Hi As it is not clear which teeth has fallen down whether it is milk teeth or permanent teeth...You must go for complete clinical and radiological examination of the area to rule out which teeth is it...concerning her age it may be milk teeth or may be permanent teeth... If it is milk teeth first we need to know which milk teeth is it and then check for any root portion remaining within the gum region and need to know about succedenous teeth period of eruption through x ray examination and through chart.... If the succedenous permanent teeth eruption will take some months, you need to go for space maintainer in that area... If the fallen teeth is permanent then you need to go for x ray examination to check for root stumps.. If the root stumps remains then you need to remove the root stump and then go for fixed bridge of the missing teeth in that area.... If that teeth is fallen just some minutes back yo can preserve it in cold milk and then taken it to dentist with in an hour, then re implantation of the permanent teeth is possible
