It means u have fluorosis issue it generally occurs to individual who born n bought up in selected places where fluoride level in water is above the range.. U can get cosmetic correction for anterior teeth if ur v conscious about esthetics.. Else it won't harm but can't change as well by brush or any other means u need to get corrected by dentist itself..
