I have been pain in my teeths for many years..it comes out in pieces and i lose my teeths plzz suggest some treatment

It seems that more than one of your teeth is affected by Cavitation and you have delayed the treatment for long. Because a cavity is not going to cure itself on its own it should be addressed immediately by a dentist so that a more conservative treatment can be applied. Otherwise the Cavitation will continue to progress and a root canal treatment might be required and further still, if the tooth becomes non restorable, extraction might be the only option left.
