When I take any thing like water , food ,rice My third molar teeth are highly pain. Now this third molar teeth 70% are completely doing hole. This situation what to do .please give me any first treatment.

Visit Dentist, take X-ray of that tooth and most probably the dentist will advise you extraction of third molar.
