The fasting is high but, with in acceptable range for extraction. PP is not, even if the extraction is done with maintaining good oral hygiene, implant placement is not a good idea due to delayed healing associated with high Blood sugar which tends to increase with any kind of infection.

Your blood sugar levels do seem high . Are you on medication ? Bringing the blood sugar levels closer to normal levels with medication n regular exercise will help you go through your dental treatment smoothly . Higher blood sugar levels will delay healing of wounds n increase chances of infection. So yes may b a visit to your diabetologist before treatment will b helpful. However if for some reason the extraction cannot wait - then make sure the doctor checks your blood sugar levels before the extraction. From your end - you need to keep  the wounds really clean ,rinse your mouth every time you eat something, in order to prevent any infections . All the best n take care :)

You can proceed with extractions with the present values, yes definetly sugar levels matter for both extractions as well as implants ( healing gets delayed & post pp infection)
