Hi doc My teeth are yellowish and i do brush once a day. Any specific procedure to whiten the teeth? Please suggest

If their are deposit on tooth then you need scaling and polishing of tooth. No home remedies for it. For proper hygiene you need to brush twice a day, use mouthwash. Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options

If there is deposition of calculus that can be cleaned by ultrasonic scaling but if the texture is only yellow they can be whitened by bleaching but may result in senstivity also

Better to brush twice a day for a precaution. Use of concentrated fluoridated water can also be a cause other than calculus, tea or coffee stains, smoking. Bleaching is being done for generalized whitening of teeth. Scaling incase calculus present
