My teeth cavity is in starting stage. how to stop increasing it? can teeth problems be hereditary ? the problem is making me nervous.

Hello , if the cavity is developed then there is no real way you stop it but u can only remove the infected area and get it filled. This will also prevent the teeth from deeper cavity.
