Teeth becomes black and not growing
Hi, my kid is 11 month old and had first lower teeth last week but now it's not growing and it's became black, we give mulmin vitamin syrup and orofer XT, doctor says it's because of iron syrup but we don't think so as it's became dark balck and feel like something defiency and might we loose teeth, plz suggest as what to do
Yes it is because of iron syrup. That may cause blacking of teeth and tongue or blacked coloured stool. It is temporary and goes when you complete course and stop medicine.
No need to stop medicine for that reason. If constipation you can give it alternative days.
