Teeth band gaps

I have heard about teeth gap band to reduce the spacing between two teeth especially the front two. How well do these band work? Or do they actually work even?

Teeth gap bands are ideal for gaps like yours. Its FDA approved and its effective provided you wear it for a minimum 12 hrs per day. But it would be better if done under supervision of a dentist.
