I am having tb medicines from 21 days my 1 cough test have come negative so should I now stop isolation or I have to do any other test

No need of isolation, but remember wearing a mask will help others. Keep your immunity high, eat properly, take rest properly and follow cough hygiene. And do take your medication and follow up as advised.

After 2 weeks of medication, usually your sputum turns negative for tuberculosis, unless you had a very high bacterial load. So, there is no harm in using masks and hand sanitizer and closing mouth while coughing for few days. But complete isolation is unnecessary.
