My father was diagnosed with tb and pericardial effusion. For both of them, medication is going on but due to this pandemic we are unable to visit doctor for regular checkups. Since last 2 weeks, he is facing shoulder pain, headache and loss of appetite, chest pain while breathing. Please find attached prescription for him by his doctor. Any leads regarding TB and heart specialist are appreciated. Location : Kanpur, Lucknow, UP Last Doctor Visit : 05 April, 2021
