If you are being started on immunosuppressants, better take TB prophylaxis treatment. Different regimens lasting between 3 months to 6 months are present

Consider TB preventive treatment for 3-6months before starting Immunosuppressants if nots urgent. Finish atleast 2-4weeks of TB preventive therapy.
