TB Gold test report
My wife never showed any symptoms of typical TB. No coughs or blood. She did test just as routine and found it Positive. Can anyone explain how serious this is? She is worried about side effects from the medicines she will get.

The symptoms that you have mentioned are of the TB of Lungs . But TB can affect any organs of the body (including brain and skin) . So the symptoms will be according to the organ which is affected.
Your Lab report doesn't show from which part of the body the specimen was collected.
