Tapering ativan

Sir, I was on alcohol dependence and now from 11 months i m absenteeism of alcohol and taking ativan 2mg in th night daily. I want to taper the medicine without Or less widthdrawl. plz guide me. I am having lots of tolerence problem like headach, muscle strain, mood swing, heaviness in chest, pain in sholder blade, giddiness, loss of apetite, weght loss.
