I inserted a tampon but cannot remember taking it out. I cannot feel anything when I insert my fingers into my vagina but was wondering if the tampon is still in could it go so far in that I could not feel it with my fingers? Thank you.

Sometimes tampon can get expelled on their own or get lost in the posterior fornix ...so it is better if you have a doubt go and get yourself examined by a gynecologist near you so that if there is something retained it can be taken out
