My baby boy turned 2 in this month but he is not talking ...only focus on playing  but talking some single word like eating' kha' ...water for 'pa '  he is not concentrating on word of other like we called his name 10 times but he respond 2 times

1 word sylabbus by 2 years of age is not normal. Possibility of developmental delay in your child. It could also be due to hearing problem also.
