I talk to myself everytime i become many characters of my imagination like i always needed two best friends so i imagine being the two i always needed a good boyfriend i become that basicaly which i didn't got in real life i imagine that thing n i start talking to myself with those respctive characters this all basicaly started when my family shifted to a different place where i didnt had any friend so i just made the friends in my imagination n its been 10 years now n m stil living in myworld

Staying in fantasy world will be fine in single status. When you have to get into a relationship or friendship problems arise. Come out. Live in real world than fantasy.
