Every drug has some or other side effect. Whether you should take it depends completely on why and since when you are taking medication. Please do not stop medication abruptly without consultation with psychiatrist and obstetricians combined advise.

Hi. You can tell her: “If your psychiatrist has prescribed Trinicalm Plus during pregnancy, please don’t stop it on your own. In the third trimester, the medication should be continued only after your psychiatrist and obstetrician have reviewed the need for it.will need further details about  the dose and how long you have been taking it, so we can assess it properly. If you are taking it regularly, inform your obstetrician before delivery so the baby can be monitored after birth if required. Consult online for a second opinion

Were you already taking it or has it been started now in 3rd trimester? If already you were taking then it's better to just continue. If it is started now maybe you can take a second opinion. More safer options can be considered.

Generally it doesn’t cause side effects but avoid it if possible

Whether this tablet is safe for you specifically needs your obstetrician's input too, not just your psychiatrist's.
Next Steps
Please ask your obstetrician to confirm this with your psychiatrist, medicines started for one condition sometimes need a second opinion once pregnancy is involved.
