Hello doctors , Is it safe if i continue using softovac powder as i was suggested it by doctor as i was suffering from internal piles now the symtoms has gone. But i am using softovac powder from about 4-5 months should i stop will it have any sideeffects as it claims its an ayurveduc product If i stop so what should i include in my diet to kepp my stools soft .(excluding water)

Softovac is useful for regular bowel evacuation.If your motion is normal without medicine you can stop it.Eat leafy veggies,salad,plenty of liquids orally for regular bowel movement.
