I feel sad every time without any reason. I don't feel like going to office or travelling anywhere. I have even stopped talking to my family. I am taking Nexito 10 since 2 months but not much difference noted.

The symptom is suggestive if endogenous Depression. If an antidepressant doesn't not work in 2-4 weeks no point continuing the same. You need to consult an astute psychiatrist either in person or online and need to modify the same, if needed augment the medication. Good luck
