Hi I am kaushal mehta from mumbai ,male ,age 39 taking censpram plus since last 3 years & now I want to stop it ,but as I read the solution to stop ,google told me not to stop immediately without doctors consultation so I seek advise for the same.Thank you.

Hello kaushal, See censpram plus has got two Medications..one of which i.e Clonazepam carries high dependence potential...But not escitalopram...So keep taking censpram and Clonazepam separetly for a while..then reduce Clonazepam to half dose for next two weeks..then half of half dose for next week... regarding stopping escitalopram that depends on your anxiety or Depression status...if any substance dependence is there take care of it with the help of Psychiatrist..as anxiety due to substance related required to be managed separately...ok
