Experiencing tailbone pain from feb this year, no problem in walking running exercising , it hurts while sitting, I use a coccyx seat, did physio therapy session the pain reduced but not gone , used to go to gym, still do weight training at home ( light )

If the issue is still persisting, even after other forms of conservative therapy, a intralesional corticosteroid with local anaesthetic injection can be given. If symptoms are mild and improving, continue following the same treatment you are undergoing right now.
