Tail bone pain

Whenever I sit there is pain in my tail bone. It's been 4 months. It started after the bike trip I had for long hours I had to sit. It's not acute pain but can you suggest something for this.

It may be coccydynia. You need to use a donut pillow for sitting and take some analgesics for few days. Consult an spine surgeon if pain is severe.
