Hi shruti mam hope u doing good My mom age 48 she was recently started akurit 4 tablet as per doctor advice some FNAC NECK lymp TB findout my concern is to all pulmonologist doctors aswell who ever available online and seeing my review Pls advice previously my mother dont have diabetic While doing LFT AND SERUM creatine we did HBA1C AS WELL in government hospital lab HBA1C result  is 6.7%  normal mention 4-6 as per lab of government hospital result Private lab result is 5.8% which is correct pls tell and why the difference And my main concern is the above tablet causes any little diabetic to some patients pls calrify someone saying roumers

TB medication doesn't cause diabetes.the values vary between the labs slightly.as the value is slightly elevated no need to worry.also  Monitor FBS and ppbs

Above 6.5 is diabetic and HBA1c - 5.9 to 6.5 is prediabetic . You should get the Blood sugar fasting and post prandial done as well this can differentiate the disparity .. there is no effect of TB medicine on sugar levels .. but if she has to have strict sugar control as diabetes impair immunity
