Hi if you haven't taken any thyroid medication previously then..you might not have to worry .as your issue could be thyroiditis which is a temporary problem and just needs supportive treatment.. but there are other conditions of thyroid which can present with same symptoms and they need long term treatment.. So to identify what's the issue it's best that you consult an endocrinologist in person.
