Me and my wife is thinking to plan a baby from next month .so we read on net that taking sysfol is good to conceive. Would somebody suggest should we take medicine and if yes then what should be duration ..?

Hi Its a folic acid tablet which is a prenatal vitamin to prevent abnormal baby formation. it improves the quality of egg as well. you can use it ideally 3 months before planning a baby and it can be continued if you conceive for the next 3 months of pregnancy

Start folic acid 5mg one tab daily and to be continued throughout pregnancy also. Folic acid supports conception and pregnancy as well. Helps preventing neural tube defects in the fetus.
