Elsoma Syrup contains Alcohol, Niacinamide, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride Ip, Riboflavin and Thiamine as active ingredients. Elsoma Syrup works by treating or preventing the low levels of pyridoxine; reducing prostaglandin thus helping blood thinning and prevents clotting; lowering blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels by inhibiting the synthesis of very low density lipoproteins; increasing the effects of the inhibitory neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid; relaxing the nerve signals to the brain
