I got detected with STD... After one shot my Level reached from 1:32 to 16... But now after few months I again feel fatique.. Fever & appetite lost

How many shots you were given ? It should be 1 shots / once a week for 3 weeks. If not taken then complete the course. You should recheck it after 6 months. And 12months. If titre is rising after 12 months then we need to intervene again.
