Hi, I have been feeling a lump in my right breast since past few days which has become painful now. Is this a symptom of breast cancer? I have PCOS , but not under any medication. What tests should be done to diagnose this situation Thank you

Do ultrasonagram of breast. If any abnormalities are there then further investigation will be done. Get surgeon opinion also
