Hi, As opined earlier, it's the opening of parotid duct. It's there in everyone. If there is no pain or pus discharge from it don't worry at all. However if above symptoms are there pl consult.

Hello This is the opening of left  Parotid duct (A salivary gland) Its present on both sides
