Swollen nose from over one month with Light red colour dot just next to the tip of nose. Suddenly had this in winter after waking up early morning in mid December

Need local examination for proper assessment..as per your description it might be due to acne/infected cyst/allergic rash/insect bite.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
