Swollen lymph nodes in my neck

I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck for the past 10 years(I noticed at that time dont know whether i had even before).I got to know about it somewhere and started browsing today and i felt very low after lowing the effects of it.Please do guide me what i had to do

Enlarged lymph nodes can be due to multiple pathologies, it is advised to consult a ENT specialist for proper evaluation and treatment. You may get a FNAC of lymph node from a nearby lab.
