Hello. I am suffering from lymph nodes in posterior traingle of neck(1.2*0.7) cm from six months with no change in size. Almost all blood report were ok. Done fnac two times and fnnac one time both came with result that it is non secific reactive lymphadenitis. No other symtoms till date. One interesting thing was both the times during fnac excessive blood was coming out which the pathologist find a bit strange. She tried 3,4 times but only the blood was coming out and said that it could be haematoma. What should i do next. Us said it is lymph nodes.

The ultrasound says its reactive, then most likely it is. If unguided FNAC is not conclusive then try ultrasound guided FNAC. Its more accurate. In any case the postr LNs are related to scalp infections. Pl get a dermatologist opinion and get your scalp checked and treated.
Next Steps
Consult dermatologist and then get USG guided FNAC later an ENT opinion
Health Tips
