I have some lymph nodes swollen and a bump on uvula since one month. Does it indicate cancer or its something else? Size of lymph nodes 19 mm* 5mm.

In the picture ... It looks to be benign however it does require proper examination ... Which region lymph nodes are swollen , any other associated symptoms ? ... Etc .. kindly consult an ent doctor

If it is persistent and increase jn size , you might need to do excision biopsy and rule out any evidence of malignancy. It’s highly unlikely nevertheless , it is most common benign in nature .... can be ? Benign squamous papilloma.
