Swollen left cheek with no pain

I have suddenly developed a swollen left cheek, it was not there at night and I woke up with the swollen cheek next morning. I have no pain, no itching, no redness, no problem to move my jaw, no problem to eat nothing at all. It is the second time I am having this in the last 30-45 days or so, both are same, painless and all. I currently have no tooth infection, no decay, no tooth pain. I had an AVR surgery and am on anti-coagulants. And I ma recently diagnosed with kidney stones and treated for that. Please someone let me know what exactly is causing this swelling?

Thanks for your query. As per history you had AVR and is on anticoagulant therapy and you had spontaneous facial swelling twice ,So I would suggest you to consult immediately an ENT specialist inclinic or online video  consultation asap with your blood for  complete coagulation profile reports and urea creatinine report, along with what medications you are taking exactly and after these and with clinical examination we can suggest the possibilities and guide you what to do thanking you.
