I underwent a collision on a bike 9 days ago ,as a result there was swelling around my knee,I could not move my leg even an inch but 9 days later I can now walk and bend my knee about 90 degree but more than that I feel that my muscles are stretching and I feel pain.should I wait more for it to cure or should I see a doctor

It would be better to see an Orthopaedic Surgeon. The injury you had may or may not be a ligament injury of the knee. The Orthopaedic Surgeon will examine you and probably order an MRI if he suspects ligamentous injury.

A swollen knee that does not improve in 9 days is almost surely a sign of major damage to the knee. It needs clinical examination, X-rays and maybe even an MRI.
