Swollen Gums in mouth. Difficult to eat. Suffering for 3 days. Applied stolin but didn't have any improvement. Suggest me good tablet

Gum swelling can be due to many reasons , so u need to visit a dentist to the chief cause of swelling eliminated which can be a carious tooth , some gum infection or anything like that Temporarily u can do warm saline rinses nd use metrohex gel for the same twice daily for next 2-3 days
