Swollen gums , headache

Swollen gums due to wisdom tooth, constant pain on the left side of the face and headache, cannot eat and swallow properly.

Hello First swelling needs to be reduced you should take antibiotic course and then check with the Opg If it's impacted that means stuck in one you should remove it The pain won't go that easily it will keep coming and going Please visit a dentist for further procedure

Visit a dentist immediately. Wisdom teeth are usually known as dentist's tooth. Its advisable to get the tooth removed by a surgeon after taking a good iopar(small xray) or even better opg( xray of entire teeth n jaw) to check the eruption pattern of the tooth and damage created by it.
