Swollen gums and bleeding due to medicin

I am a paralyzed patient and have medicine for the same everyday. I'm suspecting due to that I have severe gum bleeding, swollen gums and fowl smell no matter even if I keep my oral hygiene well. May I know which specialist will be good to attend me and what are the possible treatment.

You need to get your gum treatment done. Depending on the severity of the problem you would need scaling and polishing or curettage or other periodontal treatment.
