Hiya, I have a swollen gland and it’s been like this for the past week it’s now causing my ear to be sore and have also a lump on my neck as to where the swelling is, the pain I’m having is unbearable I am unable to concentrate, sleep at night, and speak properly! Also it’s very sore to swallow so that narrow my eating&drinking down a lot! If you could help that would be much appreciated!

Kindly seek an appointment with ent doctor and you need a course of antibiotics to resolve infection and after resolution get radiological investigation to find out what caused this in the first place
