My grandfather whos 73 with diabetes and a pace maker also has had merkle cancer but was all removed sucessfully about a little over a year ago has got a swollen ear thats almost closed shut

Must show to an ENT surgeon first as he will rule out any pathology in ear. If it is okay then an internist will be of help
