Swollen cervical lymph nodes for the past 7-8 months, no associated fever, increase rbc, wbc and platelet counts. First appeared on the left side then on right. Pimple recently appeared on posterior side of left tongue and circumvallate papillae slightly enlarged. Sometimes there's pain in ear and throat and superficial line joining the two areas.
