My mother's ankles swell up at times, and her pulse rate / heart rate is almost always below 60 (aroind 55-65). Is this a concern?

This heart rate is called as sinus bradycardia which can be normal in athletes button visual cases it is a sign of underlying heart or hormonal this function so you need to get evaluated for thyroid function Lipid profile and other cardiac evaluations to find out the reason..
