Sir/Madam, Suffering from both swollen ankles and itching in it and discoloration on my foot skin . I consult with orthopedic but he said this is not Arthritis it is because of Flat feet of yours but I am not satisfied with his diagnosis. Somebody told me this is varicose vein problem. Pl advice. Regards,
