Is it advisable to do swimming in the initial weeks of pregnancy? Say when 4 weeks pregnant? I have tried for pregnancy this month. And my periods are supposed to come on 9th. I am not sure whether I have conceived. But just wanted to assure whether its okay to do swimming these days.
