Hello , my first advice to you would be to go to a doctor immediately as increase in the swelling could give rise to several complications ... Also if you have been doin hot fomentations discontinue it.. You need to take a proper full mouth xray to know if it is actually your wisdom tooth .. If it is then extraction is indicated and sooner the better Most of the times wisdom teeth do not have place to erupt in your jaw .. if that's the case extractions are done .. Please consult a dentist asap
